In Firefox

1.  Go to the web  page that you wish to have come up as your "home page".
2.  On the main Tool Bar, Select "Tools"
3.  When the box opens, click on the "Main" tab
4.  A couple of lines down you should see a box labled "Home Page" and in the box you should see the address to the page you went to in step 1.  Just under it you should see 3 boxes, click on "Use Current"
5.  At the bottom of the box click on "OK"

That's it, you are done.

In Internet Explorer

1.  Go to the web  page that you wish to have come up as your "home page".
2.  On the main Tool Bar, Select "Tools"
3.  When the box opens, click on the "General" tab
4.  Just below you should see a box labled "Home Page" and in the box you should see the address to the page you went to in step 1.  Just under it you should see 3 boxes, click on "Use Current"
5.  At the bottom of the box click on "Apply"
6.  Click on OK

That's it, you are done.
