Why can't I submit a trouble ticket?
To be able to submit a "trouble ticket", you must obtain a user name and password, so we suggest that before you actually have a problem, please go to the "ticket system/knowledge base" link and set your user name and password up. The system will send you an email to validate you, and from that point on you can submit problems. You can read the knowledge base etc without a login name.
